This page describes how to manage the site with reference to data processing
personal data of the users who consult it.

The information is provided only for the FACOM SRL site and not for any other websites
consulted by the user through links.
The information is also inspired by the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the
protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/CE,
adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for data collection
online personal data, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the holders of
treatment must be provided to users when they connect to web pages, regardless
from the purposes of the connection.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned FACOM office
SRL and are handled only by technical personnel of the Office in charge of processing, or by
any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material, or for the
publication of the announcements are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested
and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website
acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit
in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which
by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties,
allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by
users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the
requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the
size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by
server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the environment
user computer.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site
and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately afterwards
processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of
hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, the data on web contacts is currently available
they do not persist for more than three days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site
involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to reply to
requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the
site prepared for particular services on request.
OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data
reported in the FACOM SRL request forms or in any case indicated in the contact section. Theirs
failure to provide data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
It should be noted that the Form is not intended for visitors under the age of 16 or who are not
adults in their jurisdiction of residence. If they do not comply with the specified personal requirements,
do not enter your personal data in the form.
PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data is processed with automated and paper tools for the time strictly
necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or otherwise use
